
Choccy is a common flavour in stout and, depending on the strain of yeast used, banana can be, too. We’ve harnessed both for this specialty brew, and the results are seriously yum… Cocoa and natural chocolate flavouring support the barrage of specialty malts – this makes the beer rich and a little bit sweet. Banana (in both freeze dried and liquid form) offsets in a decadent way. It pours dark brown with a tan head of foam. Expect aromas of dark chocolate and banana lollies. To drink it’s full and rich, with an assertive whack of cocoa, and a long, desserty finish.
