It's a new world pale with big fruit aromatics and smooth coconut, melon and pina colada characters. We used the new, Australian-grown hop Eclipse to bring strong mandarin and melon vibes and a yeast strain new to our house cultures, Verdant, to deliver a hint of juice and make this beer very crushable indeed.
