Yarra Valley
Fleshy pinotesque fruit with accurate varietal flavour, reminiscent of perfumed cherries and red fruits. Slightly serious facets have been built in, unusual for a wine of its price, with elements of stalky undergrowth providing structure and added interest. Slightly grippy tannins add to the mix as well. Good value.
