Coonawarra
Medium to deep red colour, slight purple tinge. Plummy, faintly leafy, cedary, cabernet-ish aromas. A trace of mulberry. Light to medium weight with a disjointed palate line. Moderate sweetness level, and some bitterness from the tannins, which are also light. Seems to have a slightly muscat flavour. A pleasant lighter-weighted sparkling red.
