Personal care: Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of stress and headaches. Apply direct to forehead, temples and back of the neck. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness. Apply to forehead, temples and back of the neck before bedtime and sprinkle a few drops on pillow. Add 5mL ( 1 capful) to bath water for a relaxing bath. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help healing of mild sunburn, apply as a lotion to affected area twice daily. Household care: Dilute 50% with water in spray bottle and use as a room freshener. A few drops can be added to water to mop floors or your laundry rinse water.
