It will continue to develop naturally and will reach its fullest flavour and softness towards the end of its shelf life. Cosume earlier for a milder, firmer cheese.
Serving Suggestion: Pairs well with both green and black olives, tapenades and a fruit chutney or try something a little more robust like cured meats.
Wine Pairing: Pairs best with a refreshing, crisp Riesling or fruity Cabernet Merlot.
