Our sweet basil is grown on broad-acre farms across Australia, where the optimal climate and rich soil delivers the perfect conditions for flavoursome, aromatic herbs. Lightly dried basil refreshes in cooking, unlocking intense flavours. </br></p> <p>Basil is best added at the end of cooking and pairs well with beef, chicken, eggs, green leafy salads, olive oil, pasta, tomatoes and zucchini.
