King Island Dairy Roaring Forties Blue is a full-flavoured Australian blue cheese made on King Island, Tasmania. This Roquefort-style cow's milk blue has a rich, creamy mouthfeel with a sweet, slightly fruity character. Its distinctive flavour develops during a second stage of maturation beneath its signature blue wax coating. Ideal for cheese boards, entertaining, pasta, steak or burgers, and delicious served with pear, pecans and oat biscuits. Named after the powerful Roaring Forties winds that cross King Island and Bass Strait.
