1. Simply pile Samba Natural BBQ Fuel into a mound on top of Samba Natural Firelighters.
2. Light the firelighters with matches or a gas lighter.
3. Relax for 30 minutes until they turn ash grey or fire red before placing any meat or fish onto the grill rack to cook.
4. Indirect cooking - position Samba Natural BBQ Fuel on each side of the BBQ and cook on grill.
5. Direct cooking - spread Samba Natural BBQ Fuel evenly with tongs and cook on grill.
