Delightful citrus and talc aromas lead to a balanced textural wine, displaying flavours of grapefruit and lemon accented by notes of Manuka honey and orange blossom. A wine suited to seared scallops, braised rabbit and Thai salads.
Light straw colour, with a spicy, possibly slightly oak-tinged aroma, very appealing, with an extra layer of character over most of its peers. The wine is quite full on the palate, round and quite rich, the texture soft and dry and very accessible, finishing with a very gentle grip that adds to its authority. A very tasty pinot gris
