

The White Label range are crafted in the same Petaluma philosophy as the highly regarded Yellow Label. A classic cool climate Sauvignon Blanc aromas and flavours of passionfruit, feijoa and cut grass. A fresh and zesty palate with lovely balanced acidity.
Sourced from seven small vineyards, 13% was barrel-fermented, the remainder fermented in stainless steel. The barrel fermentation has given the wine the sort of structure more frequently found in Margaret River together with some herbaceous notes. It's an all-purpose wine, ever compliant with food.
