Bake whole in the oven with white wine, rosemary, and garlic – serve hot and use crusty bread to dip into the hot runny deliciousness. Enjoy with a glass of Champagne, Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay. Best served after sitting at room temperature for an hour to maximise creaminess.
