Our story started from a small store in Lygon St Melbourne, 1962.Ever mindful of our roots, we continue to freshly batch roast all our beans locally here in Australia.

Tasting Notes: Flavours of cocoa, malt and honey, delivering a mild sweetness. Combined with a balanced body and acidity, the resulting after-taste is silky and creamy.

Shelf life: Two years from date of manufacture under proper storage conditions. Storage: Cool dry place away from direct light. Opened bags must be re-sealed preferably in an airtight container stored in a cool dry place away from direct light.
