ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, also known as Kecap Manis, is an authentic Indonesian sauce that uses coconut sugar in the production to create its thick and rich texture. The caramel-coloured sauce can be used for dipping or as a marinade to add an aromatic, sweet flavour to dishes. Its versatility in usage allows you to create multiple dishes with just one sauce.
