A fresh, lively Pinot Grigio with a touch of residual sugar and delicate flavours synonymous with the Cool Harvest style.
The pinot grigio though is an interesting wine. It's so fresh and zippy it feels riesling-esque. It tastes of green apples and pears and has a good, tangy, lengthy exit. Maybe my rating is generous but I wanted to make the point that this is better-than-decent. Fresh and light maybe, but racy. Good intensity of flavour for the most part. It won't be the biggest seller of the new range but it deserves to be.
