Our Rustic Pavlova is a traditional family recipe, carefully baked to achieve a crisp outer shell and a light fluffy centre. The finishing process means that each of our Pavlovas is unique and may include small cracks between the crunchy outer shell and soft centre. Gently remove the paper from the base of the Pavlova and top with chilled whipped cream and your favourite seasonal fruit or create your signature topping. Enjoy!
