Carman’s Natural Bircher muesli is Low GI, a source of protein and fibre and has a 4.5 health star rating. Made using 100% Australian whole grain oats, sun-ripened vine fruits and a crunchy blend of nuts and seeds – it can be enjoyed fresh or soaked overnight for a tasty grab-and-go breakfast!
