This multi-award-winning dark rum produced at Mt Uncle Distillery is fermented using locally sourced sugarcane syrup. This is then aged for 5yrs in ex-red wine hogshead barrels. Rich and smooth tasting, this rum will leave toffee apple on the pallet and a long lingering caramel finish.
