Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and full of flavour. Crafted from premium vineyards and partially matured in French oak, these wines are bold, full-bodied, and perfect for any occasion. Clear and ripe Fiano with citrus and floral aromas, complemented by mineral and chalky notes. Densely rich yet fresh, finishing long. Fiano is perfectly suited to the Australian climate, it will be perfect on its own and can accompany many cuisines but particularly pork belly with a creamy mash.
It's finely scented on the nose, showing apricot, fig, lime peel, and green apple notes, followed by a lively palate displaying bright fruit flavours with well-balanced acidity, offering excellent drinking.
