Khobz is the Lebanese word for bread. This authentic, natural form of bread making has been practised for thousands of years. And recently we started to make smaller pockets of Khobz. Which make brilliant sandwiches of sensational pizza bases.
Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Iodised Salt, Vitamins (Thiamin, Folate).
Store at room temperature (At or below 20C). Keep away from sunlight or any heat source. To maintain freshness, refrigeration is highly recommended after purchase.
To soften bread, warm it up in the microwave or in a grill for a few seconds until desired texture is achieved. Eat fresh and enjoy!
