DIRECTIONS
PREP TIME: 5 minutes | COOK TIME: 10 minutes
Makes 6 (2 taco) servings
1 tbsp (20 mL) oil
500 g beef, chicken or turkey mince
1 pkt Cholula Original Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
12 regular flour or corn tortillas, warmed

1. BROWN meat in a large, non-stick pan over med-high heat. Drain fat.
2. STIR in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil.
3. REDUCE heat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas.
Serve with desired toppings, such as salsa, sour cream and cheese.

Use taco filling for quesadillas or enchiladas, in a burrito bowl or stirred into your favourite dip.
