I've taken my ice cream to extraordinary levels with ribbon of golden caramel and pecans which have been deliciously caramelised, and then swirled into my velvety vanilla ice cream. Simply heaven.

Fresh Cream (30%) (Milk), Condensed Skim Milk, Sugar, Water, Egg Yolk, Sweetened Condensed Skim Milk, Glucose Syrup, Pecans (2%), Butter (Milk), Salt, Vanilla Flavours, Gelling Agent (Pectin).
Store at -18C or colder. Once thawed do not refreeze.
