With a claim to fame as the oldest rum in the world, Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is a delicious semi-sweet rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. Hailing from Barbados, it's aged for at least two years in American oak barrels which gives it a slightly smoky finish.
