Try these <b>Texas BBQ Beef Ribs </b> <br>Just Add <br>• 1x 40 g sachet McCormick Grill Mates Smokin Texas Slow and Low BBQ Rub <br>• 1 kg beef short ribs <br>How to Make <br>Serves: 6 | Cooking Time: 2-3 hours <br>1. RUB McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Rub onto ribs. Cover meat tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hrs (or overnight). <br>2. PLACE unwrapped ribs into a medium sized roasting tray, add 2 cups of hot water into the base of the tray and cover tightly with foil. <br>3. BBQ in a low (160°C) pre-heated BBQ for 2-3 hrs* on the warming rack or on the top of an inverted tray, until tender.
