

If you're after the usual big full bodied Barossa Shiraz from Chris Ringland, then this wine isn't for you. Chris travels to Spain at least 3 times a year to tend to each of the Shiraz vineyards separately and produces a unique style that is by contrast to other Spanish wines, bold and rich, however restrained and elegant compared to the Australian style. Crafted and bottled in Spain at the legendary Bodegas Borsao facilities, this wine has brooding blackberries, blueberries, serious depth and persistence. An excellent value wine best served with olive crusted lamb, pulled pork, roasted meats or a good old fashioned BBQ.
