King Island Dairy Cape Wickham Double Brie is a rich Australian double brie and soft white cheese made on King Island, Tasmania. Made with high-butterfat milk, it has a velvety white rind, glossy creamy centre and full-bodied flavour with subtle nuttiness and mushroom overtones. Ideal for cheese boards, entertaining or serving with fresh bread, crackers and fruit. Named after Cape Wickham at the northern tip of King Island.
