In a first of its kind recipe collaboration between two legendary brands, Häagen-Dazs is excited to invite you into the world of Häagen-Dazs X Pierre Hermé Paris: a collection that re-interprets the macaron to create the ultimate fusion of food and fashion.
Our Yuzu and Lemon Flavour sees us go beyond traditional ice cream, cutting up the soft creaminess of our classic scoop with citrus swirls of tongue tingling zesty lemon ice cream and a lemon & yuzu curd sauce, teaming together to create delicious spoonfuls. We’ve then added yellow mini macaron shells to the mix, balancing the zing of the ice cream with their classic almond flavour

Fresh Cream (26%) (Milk), Condensed Skim Milk, Sugar, Water, Lemon Puree (5%), Egg Yolk, Almond Flour (2.5%), Yuzu Juice (1%), Cocoa Butter, Egg White, Glucose Syrup, Salted Butter (Milk), Starches (Rice, Maize), Carrot Concentrate, Reconstituted Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent (Pectin).
Store at -18C or colder. Once thawed do not refreeze.
