Handcrafted in the Shoalhaven region of New South Wales using fresh Australian milk, our Unicorn 125g Classic Double Brie has a golden centre encased in a light bloomy mould, when fully matured gives a nutty mushroom flavour.Serve on a baguette or crackers. Brie pairs well with fruits like apples, pears, grapes, and berries, and unsalted nuts like pecans, almonds, and walnuts. Works perfectly with Pinot Noir, Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc. Best served after sitting at room temperature for an hour to maximise creaminess.
