One pot dish of meat, rice and fragrant spices layered and cooked with crispy onions, fresh mint and coriander. Rich in tradition and flavour.
How to cook:
1. Marinate meat for an hour in yogurt, fresh herbs and spices in Marinade Spice Blends 1 & 2 sachets.
2. Parboil good quality rice with spices in the Rice Spice Blend sachet.
3. Layer chicken and rice with mint and coriander, then sprinkle Fried Onions from the sachet.
4. Seal pot and cook in the oven for 40 mins.
Serve hot with fresh raita on the side.
