This delicate process preserves the structure of the wine and its aromatic qualities with no need to add extra aromas. Pale pink in colour, this blend reveals a nose of strawberry, cherries and forest fruits. A wonderfully refreshing drink - ideal as an aperitif or with BBQ food.
