SJ Organic pasta is made from organic durum wheat grown in the south of Italy and produced in an area renowned for its high quality pasta production.
Traditional pasta making methods are used including the extrusion through bronze dies and slow drying at low temperatures which creates a pasta that has the flavour and aroma of organic durum wheat and a rough, porous surface.
