Our Sugo Semplice Bolognese is made with just harvested, perfectly ripe tomatoes and a selection of different vegetables for a fresh flavour and rich texture. With no added sugar or preservatives, it is perfect as a base to your Bolognese, or even just served with hot pasta as a simple pasta sauce
Tomato pulp 40%, baby roma tomato purée 20%, water, tomato paste 7%, onion 6%, carrot 4%, olive oil, grilled eggplant 2.5%, grilled zucchini 2.5%, celery 2%, garlic, salt, basil 0.5%, black pepper, oregano 0.02%.
