It has less than 4g sugar, is a source of fibre and is very high in whole grain.
Powered by plant sterols (Each delicious serve of Carman's Cholesterol Lowering Creamy Vanilla Porridge contains 2g of plant sterols, which is proven to reduce blood cholesterol when consumed daily, as part of a healthy diet that is low in saturated fats. Consumption above 3g plant sterols per day will not provide an additional benefit. May not be suitable for children under 5 years and pregnant or lactating women).
