Made with egg yolks as opposed to whole eggs with specially blended vinegar, Kewpie Mayonnaise offers a smoother and creamier texture than many other types of mayonnaise. It is also a highly versatile product that opens up a wide range of possibilities in cooking, from drizzling onto Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake), dipping with deep-fried dishes to mixing into a nice, creamy potato salad.
