Each 0.45 mL dose contains: Retinol palmitate equi v. to retinol (Vitamin A): 390 microgram RE Thiami ne hydrochloride equiv. to thiamine (Vitamin B1): 540 microgramRiboflavin sodium phosphate equiv. to riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 810 microgram Nicotinami de (Vitamin B3): 7.1 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride e quiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6): 111 microgram As corbic acid (Vitamin C): 42.8 mg Colecalciferol (V itamin D3): 10.1 microgram *RE Retinol Equivalent s. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not repl ace a balanced diet.
Store upright below 25C.
Directions for Use. Administer dose via syringe provided directly into infant's mouth or add to a teaspoon of milk. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry.
