The palate is rich and generous with a real vitality that's heightened by the creamy mouth-feel. This is a sparkling that adapts to its environment, and as such is just as enjoyable with food as it is on its own.

Medium brassy-yellow colour, reflecting pinot noir grapes in the mix. The bouquet shows some developed herbal aromas with nougat and a trace of rubber. It's rich and full, harmonious and mouth-filling, with a long tail. It’s clean and dry on the finish with some measured phenollc grip. It's not especially delicate, but all components are in harmony. Impressive value, but chill it well.
