German precision underpins the craftsmanship of this dry, fully matured sparkling wine. With a fine, pearly mousse and a long-lasting sparkle in the glass, this Cuvee of select classical style grapes is fresh and a perfect balance between sweet and dry with its medium body and persistent aftertaste.
Medium to light straw colour and a ginger-beer like aromas, reminscent also of apple cider. It's very strange in the mouth: apple cider-like and not at all wine-like, plus the sweeness is very high. A bizarre wine, with no link to any high-level sparkling wine of the world that I can identify. Those who like sweet, simple fizz might go for it, but not me. (Despite the name, I don't see anything dry about it)
