
Since pioneering Australia’s first sparkling produced with the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ technique in 1890, we’ve been producing exquisite reflections of our home in Victoria. Pierlot by Seppelt honours Charles Pierlot, the French winemaker who crafted that first adaptation.
Pierlot Brut Cuvée reflects the finesse of the cool climate Henty region. Made from the traditional sparkling varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it features notes of crisp green apple, lemon curd and toasted brioche.
