In a 1000W microwave, it is recommended that food can be heated up to 3 minutes. In an oven, can be heated up to 200 degree Celsius for up to 3 minutes. Avoid food with high fat content.

Compost at home; check with your local council if this product can be accepted in the green waste bin. If rinsed and clear of most food, can go into kerbside paper recycling
