Our Pistachios Our pistachios are selected from farms along the Murray River by nut farmers in NSW Western Riverina district, the Riverland district in South Australia and the Mallee district in Victoria. To bring out their distinctive flavour, the pistachio is brine bathed before being roasted. The ivory-coloured shells that are split open at one end, tells you they're the pick of the pistachios.
