Our Koala Gin was inspired by walks through the Australian bush. The fresh, crisp scent of eucalyptus evokes memories of exploring and marvelling amongst nature. As koalas would agree, eucalyptus makes for a refreshing and clean drink. And our Koala Gin is no exception.Traditional juniper berries are balanced with the tasting notes of the native lemon myrtle, marshmallow leaf, lime, cinnamon, and vanilla. Handcrafted in small batches at our distillery, Koala Gin perfectly complements a Sun.
