King Island Dairy Lighthouse Blue Brie is a creamy Australian blue brie made on King Island, Tasmania. Combining soft white brie with subtle blue veins, it has a custard-like centre, mild blue flavour and milky aroma with hints of sweet hay and mushroom. Its gentle blue character makes it ideal for cheese boards, entertaining and anyone looking for a mild blue cheese or an introduction to blue cheese. Serve with fruit paste, toasted nuts, baguette or dry Riesling.
