Our Mushroom & Truffle sauce is:
Water, cream (7%) (milk), onion, mushrooms (5%), thickener (1422, 1450), butter (milk), Worcestershire sauce, milk powder, salt, onion powder, natural flavour (milk), canola oil, mushroom & truffle paste (0.5%) [contains 84% mushrooms, 4% truffle], yeast extract, garlic, burnt sugar, vegetable gum (xanthan), spices.
Keep refrigerated at 1-5C.
