Crushed and destemmed; fermented for 10 days; matured in oak for 6 months. A deceptive wine colour with some orange in the hue; the bouquet of savoury, spicy, sour cherry and Middle Eastern spices; the finish and aftertaste lasting for an eternity. Call in the psychiatrist.
