SunRice Sushi Rice is Japanese style rice, a short and translucent grain, perfect for Japanese cuisine.<BR><BR>Authentic sushi is made from short grain rice. When cooked the rice becomes slightly sticky and retains moisture to allow for easy shaping. The texture is soft yet firm to complement the other ingredients in sushi. SunRice Sushi rice is also ideal for other Japanese and Korean dishes.
