PAN FRY/BBQ: Preheat pan or BBQ to a medium heat. Place chicken winglets on the pan/BBQ and cook for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally to allow even cooking. For best results, lightly oil pan/BBQ before cooking. OVEN: Preheat oven to 180oC. Place chicken evenly on a baking tray and roast for 15-18 minutes until fully cooked. For best results, lightly oil chicken before cooking.
