Active ingredients per capsule:Evening primrose oil (EPO) 500 mg providing gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 50 mg, Fish Oil (natural) 500 mg containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 150 mg as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 90 mg and docosahexaenoic (DHA) 60 mg
Store below 30C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
For general health and wellbeing: Adults – Take 3 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. For skin and as an anti-inflammatory: Adults – Take 7 capsules per day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. For healthy growth and development: Children 3+ - Pierce and squeeze 2 capsules once a day into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately, or as professionally prescribed.
