Nose: Dark red berry, blackberry and notes of lifted briary bush with subtle hints of spicy oak.
Palate: A medium bodied wine that shows the delightful balance of skilful oak usage and bright blackberry and red berry fruit flavours. Firm yet gentle grainy tannins add structure to the lingering finish.
Oak: Subtle use of oak.
Food Match: Roast lamb with rosemary and lemon mash and steamed seasonal vegetables.
