Our premium salmon is slow smoked for up to 40 hours in kilns fired with whole river red gum logs. Our Premium product is fresh, succulent and wonderfully flavour some. It is fully trimmed to allow for the finest presentation. Ideal for salads, pastas, appetisers or other simple dishes your family will love.
