Hidden Ridge Shiraz displays lifted red berry aromas with hints of cedar and mocha notes. These flavours surround the palate with a subtle chocolate mint flavour, toasty oak notes and firm tannins to a long finish.

A little spice, a sprig of mint, and a very light chocolate note wrapped in subtle oak, with that vibrant, fresh berry flavour carrying right through to the end. This provides very easy drinking on its own, or with dishes that aren’t too flavour packed.
